Time for another birthday! We love birthdays at our house. It gives us an excuse to eat a lot of food, hang out with family and friends and of course celebrate another year. Kellan turned 2 on February 23. So we had a small party for him on the Saturday night before. We just invited family and a few friends over for a little dinner party. The kids had a lot of fun playings and I think Kellan did feel pretty special when everyone sang him happy birthday!

Kellan got lots of fun presents and was some what interested in opening. He had to rip each and every piece of tissue paper as much as possible!

Sunday morning we woke up and couldn't really decide what to do on Kellan's actual birthday. So it was pretty much a typical Sunday.

After Kellan's nap, I said, let's take the boys to a movie. Braydon loves going to the movies and does fantastic...Kellan has never been. We had no idea what he would do, so we took 2 cars and I was prepared to leave if necessary. We went to see the Lego Movie. The boys did awesome. They shared a giant tub of popcorn and now they quote the movie back and forth to each other. Their favorite tagline is "Where are my pants?" and they both laugh at it every time. Of course the love the song from the movie "Everything is awesome!"
That night we decided we should sing to Kellan one more time and have some more cake. I think he liked it!
