Januay trip to kansasC

For the past 9 Januarys....we have attempted to go to Kansas to help celebrate Tyson's and Hoppa Lumpy's birthday.  Some years we can't make it due to weather, or work or the predication of weather that not shows.  Luckily this year, we were able to make it.  We also picked a weekend we could watch Tyson play basketball.  So we all loaded up in the grandparents minivan (note to self...last trip Grandma Pat and this pregnant girl ride in the back)!  Of course Braydon has been excited all we to go see his cousins Tyson and Charlie...and to watch movies in the van.  Kellan was equally excited this year.  We got there Saturday morning and were able to hang out and watch basketball.  We went and did some bowling and of course had cake and ice cream.  All of these kids love birthdays...sometimes Tyson does not like it when you sing to him, but this year he was okay with it.  I think it was more fun to turn the lights off.  We also celebrate Charlie's birthday which is only a few weeks away.  Of course Charlie loves the attention and grins from ear to ear!

Tyson did awesome at his game...he got some rebounds and almost made a basket!  The boys all had fun bowling.  Thanks for a great weekend and we love celebrating with you guys.  Braydon keeps asking when can we have another sleepover in kansas!
