Easter is always a very busy weekend. We get to see lots of family and spend lots of time on the road. This was Kellan's first real road trips and we are lucky that he did awesome! First of all was coloring Easter eggs. We had a weird kit that I got, so we ended up painted them with our fingers.

Next up was Saturday morning we were headed to Perry for the Easter Egg hunt. It rained that morning, so we were a little worried they wouldn't have the egg hunt, but lucky for us the rain stayed away. Braydon knew exactly what to do. He was ready to go.

| Can I start yet? |
I will try to upload some of the video. After the egg hunt at the park, we were surprised with an egg hunt at Grandma and Pappa Lundstrom's house

Next up was a trip to Great Uncle John and Judy's in Auburn. We had a great meal and the weather was so nice, we even got to do some fishing. The older kids all had fishing poles, so Braydon really wanted one. The only other one was one that was broken in half, but Braydon was perfectly happy to use it. Great Uncle John ended up putting a hook on it and Grandma Marcia helped him fish.

After a great day, it was time for the next stop. Braydon was a little exhausted!

Next stop was dinner in Boone with the Lundstrom side of the family. We met up at the tic toc for some pizza and so Kellan could meet some more family that he had not met yet. Kellan slept through the entire meal, but he got some cuddles from his cousins and Great Aunt Doris. Braydon was busy eating an entire pizza himself and then chasing his Great Uncle Jr around the restaurant. He even convinced Jr to "hide" under the table with him (I didn't take my camera in with me -oops)
Then Sunday morning, Braydon woke up to find eggs and his Easter basket waiting for him. He loved picking up the eggs. They were filled with fruit snacks and money. He would shake them and say "money" or "fruit snack". He decided he liked the fruit snack ones and would open them and eat them right away. Video to come!

Next up was a trip to Cedar Rapids to have Easter with the Noonans at Great Uncle Ray's. Some of his 2nd cousins set up an easter egg hunt for Braydon in the backyard. He is still not the best at locating the eggs, he needed a lot of help from Pappa.
I forgot Braydon's Easter bunny ears, but a few days later he tried them on.
He had a great weekend...filled with family, fun and of course food. Both boys did great in the car, so I am hopeful for many more family road trips!
Hooray for Easter Egg Hunts! Thanks for posting ~ love to see the family! Hi to all and hugs all around from Alaska!
