Christmas and the New Year

Well I am definitely behind in the blogging category.  Things have been crazy with Christmas, blizzards, new years and having to come back to work.  Christmas was great.  On Wednesday, Braydon and I headed to Perry to hang out with the Lundstroms (both Joel's and Andy's families came back Tuesday night to beat the bad weather).  We hung out all day Wednesday and Christmas Eve.  It was a lot of fun to just hang out.  I had not met Ava yet, so it was so much fun to get to hold her and play with her.  I also got to run around with Tyson and Charlie.  Christmas Eve night, Ryan came to town and we went to Marcia's for dinner with her, Dani, Grandpa Wink and Grandma Dar.  Ryan braved the bad weather to pick everyone up.  Christmas morning we woke up at the Lundstroms and opened presents and tried to maintain sanity with 4 kids and 3 dogs - good thing Wrigley opened her raw hide right away.  That afternoon we went to marcia's to open presents.  Braydon was having some "bathroom" issues, that made him a little grumpy, but we had the magical Christmas poop Saturday morning that finally made him feel better!  On Saturday we went to Grandma Noonan's farm and had Christmas with the Noonans.  Then Sunday we had Christmas with the Winkelman's.  Definitely a busy couple of days!

New Year's Eve was spent at our house with friends, playing games and telling stories.  We had a great time and Braydon rung in the new year like a 4 month old should - in bed!

The pictures are some of the highlights - Braydon's  christmas hat, getting to meet his cousin Ava, Braydon making his first Christmas cookie cut out, picture with all his cousins - yes they have matchign pj's with their names on their butts (thanks Aunt Kristen), and Braydon opening present at the Murphys.  I have many, many more pictures, but I figured it will take long enough to look through these.
